Every Yves Alexandre piece is fully insured in transit and shipped via FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air. For your peace of mind, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Shipping Estimates
In-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted with care and will ship within 4–6 weeks. For custom orders, timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

International Orders

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Yves Alexandre piece. If for any reason you wish to return it, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are available for U.S. orders only.

Every Yves Alexandre piece is crafted with care and intention, and we proudly stand behind the quality of our work. Should you ever experience an issue arising from a genuine manufacturing defect, we will happily repair it.

As with all fine jewelry, a life well-lived may leave behind signs of wear. We cannot cover repairs arising from normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, misshapen bands, pulled prongs, or cracked stones) or the loss or theft of a piece. We highly recommend that you fully insure your Yves Alexandre piece.
