Every Yves Alexandre piece is crafted with care and intention, and we proudly stand behind the quality of our work. Should you ever experience an issue arising from a genuine manufacturing defect, we will happily repair it.

As with all fine jewelry, a life well-lived may leave behind signs of wear. We cannot cover repairs arising from normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, misshapen bands, pulled prongs, or cracked stones) or the loss or theft of a piece. We highly recommend that you fully insure your Yves Alexandre piece.
