Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Every Yves Alexandre piece is fully insured in transit and shipped via FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air. For your peace of mind, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. We are unable to change the shipping address or recipient name once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Estimates
In-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted with care and will ship within 4–6 weeks. For custom orders, timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

International Orders
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you would like to inquire about an international order, please contact us at yves@yvesjewelry.com.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Yves Alexandre piece. If for any reason you wish to return it, you may initiate a complimentary return within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are available within the United States only. Custom or personalized pieces (including engravings or special-order sizes and metals) are final sale and not returnable nor refundable.

  • Once your return is initiated, we will provide an insured, prepaid FedEx label. Please have your package scanned within 7 days of receiving the label. We will not accept returns using alternate shipping services. [NOTE: consider charging people for return shipping]

  • Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, and salable condition with all tags attached. Any piece that shows wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.

  • Upon approval, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note, return shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
